Dr. Shao is a healthcare specialist for over 20 years. He graduated as MD, PhD in China then postdoctoral fellowship at both China and USA. He also earned MBA in Healthcare Management at The University of Texas.

Dr. Shao practiced as an anesthesiologist in several prestigious Chinese hospitals then worked as a clinical fellow, research scientist, hospital/healthcare management specialist in the USA. He has strong leadership and management skills with extensive experiences and had demonstrated achievements in improving the quality, safety, and effectiveness of healthcare for hospitals and individuals.

Dr. Shao is a well-known medical scientist with great passion and enthusiasm to establish the international collaborations, particularly between China and USA. He has organized/hosted several important Sino-US health symposiums in recently years which involved many world-renowned physicians/ scientists/government officials to promote a safer and healthy community. He holds the royal inventor of biomedical science at UT Southwestern and established in depth relationship with several top US and China’s medical organizations.

Dr. Shao is currently partnership with several prestigious US hospitals to engage the international medical professionals training and patient referral.
