Mr. Yang has a long and rich working experience in international business as well as the healthcare industry. He graduated from Shanghai University of Engineering Science with a major of business administration, and received his MBA degree from Fudan University. Kris has been deeply involved in the medical and healthcare business, and has extensive experience in international business in trading and aviation.

From 2015 to now, Mr. Yang is the representative in the Great China for Dr. Rui Family Foundation, a USA based fund whose main business is the education for woman health. In 2010, he found Union logistical Company limited in Shanghai. In 2017, when he was stay in America, he founded KAP, LLC, which focuses primarily on the healthcare industry between U.S. and China.

Mr. Yang also has some working experience in government and large-scale state-owned enterprises in China, familiar with culture and communication skills in this area.
