Zhong has 30 years insurance and investment experience. Zhong journeyed his career in insurance industry starting as a junior officer and rose to be the founding board member and executive officer for several large insurance companies in China. Based on his long acumen in insurance industry, Zhong foresaw the rising demand of high-quality healthcare delivery system in China and believe this extraordinary demand could only be met and support by an organized commercial healthcare insurance system. Zhong is committed to lead Aurora to systemically build premium breast care providers network in China teamed up with prominent physicians/specialists and adequate commercial health insurance coverage to meet the great demand for this high prevalence disease healthcare management.

Zhong received his Bachelor Degree from China Northeast University of Finance and Economics in 1993 with a major in international finance. Zhong worked for 10-year at the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC) and headed up the investment division, Guohua Life Insurance for 5 years as its founder and president of Shanghai branch, and Zhongrong Life Insurance for 6 years as its founder and president.

Zhong has also been active in serving as a board member of the following, Tsinghua Holding as its senior advisor and Qianhai Reinsurance Co., Ltd. and Soochow Life Insurance Co., Ltd as the independent board member and chair of asset management and investment committees.
