Jingwei Liu

Jingwei Liu is the director of healthcare transformation innovation center of CETC-SS, He is responsible for CETC-SS’s strategic healthcare growth initiative and strategic partnership in China. Mr. Liu had 14 years of experience in IBM, he is the first member of IBM Academy of Technology in IBM China software group. In his most previous roles, from 2006 to 2009, he led IBM China information management technical team; from 2010 to now, he is responsible for IBM healthcare cloud initiative and related strategy development, now he is leading the PCMH pilot and the healthcare strategic cooperation with Sichuan province.

Mr. Liu earned his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Beihang University, Master degree in information management from Renmin University. In IBM, Mr. Liu has earned both Asia Pacific information management technical specialist of the year and Asia Pacific information management technical manager of the year award.
