Mr. Hsieh holds a bachelor's degree in electronic instrument system from Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). He has more than 20 years of experience in medical information system integration and services. During this period, he completed the construction of medical imaging systems in four medical centers and dozens of regional hospitals and coached 20 hospitals to complete the design and implementation of the image electronic medical record system.
 
Mr. Hsieh joined the company in 2020 as the director of the clinical software department. During his tenure in the company, Mr. Hsieh participated in research and development activities and was mainly responsible for the development of remote diagnostic information systems. He also led the clinical software department in Asia to implement equipment software upgrade development and design, development and construction of Aurora Breast Center Tele-Report System.
