Dr. Christian D. Orejudos is a Healthcare Administrator and Healthcare/ Hospital Operational specialist bearing building and operational responsibility making sure that the day-to-day business operations of corporate and the medical facility run smoothly and efficiently in a Safe, High-Quality manner.
Dr. Orejudos is the founder of the First Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School Chapter in China, building chapters in Beijing, Hangzhou and Shanghai. He was 1 of 4 honored speakers to speak about the development of Enhance International Medical Center (Enhance). Dr. Orejudos bore operational responsibility at Enhance for making sure that the day-to-day operation of China healthcare at the First International Forum of Quality and Safety, Asia in Hong Kong, hosted by BMJ and IHI. Other honored speakers were Dr. Margaret Chan and Vivian Li from the World Health Organization, Dr. Hao Zheng from Jiaotong University and Lei Haichao, Deputy Director General Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning.
He has over 30 years of experience in both the United States public and private health care sector, with the past 16 years directly in operational management in China. Dr. Orejudos is sought out throughout Asia regarding clinical and operational performance. He is the chairman and keynote speaker at over 8 international conferences per year from hospital management, nursing management, quality and patient safety management as well as hospital accreditation.
Dr. Orejudos has had extended operational experience in China as the Chief Operations Officer of Enhance International Medical Center; Administrative Director of Shanghai Delta West Clinic; the Chief Executive Officer/ GM of Kunming LIH Sky Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital; the Chief Operations Officer of Yosemite Clinic in Shanghai; the Chief International Clinical Officer of Baijia International Group / Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Baijia Maternity Hospital; Executive Vice-President/ Chief Operating Officer for Shanghai Redleaf International Women’s Hospital and the International Advisor to the Dean of Shanghai First Maternity and Infants Hospital, currently based in Shanghai.
