Description: Patient presented with a palpable left breast lump.

Mammogram showed an area of clustered micro-calcifications at 6 o’clock in the left breast.

Left breast biopsy confirmed primary Ductal Carcinoma In-Situ (DCIS). Breast MRI was recommended to evaluate extent of disease prior to treatment.

Breast MRI findings consistent with DCIS and measuring to a larger extent at 5.4cm x 10mm x 12mm.
