Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) and Ductal Carcinoma In Situ (DCIS)
Description: 71-year old female presented for routine screening mammogram
Protocol:

Screening mammogram was performed which showed an asymmetric lesion measuring 20mm and calcifications on the right breast. Left breast was negative.

Subsequently, additional spot compression views, magnification views, and an ultrasound were done on the right breast.

MRI was recommended prior to a biopsy being done.

Bilateral MRI was performed which showed extensive ductal enhancement with enlarged lymph nodes.
